When farmers have hit the streets, we glance at Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame Divyenndu’s upcoming project, which focuses upon the farmers’ plight. The actor was performing on the film last year, and therefore the release has gone for a toss thanks to the lockdown.
Divyenndu talking about Mere Desh Ki Dharti, in a previous interview with Bombay Times, had said, “I have completed this film during which I play the role of an engineer. He finishes up at a faraway village and discovers the plight of farmers. He decides to assist them with farming techniques. So, the film also focuses on my character, a city boy who’s not proud of his life and the way the rural experience gives a replacement aiming to his life.” Anupriya also joins Divyenndu for the film.
Divyendu says that he’s begun to feel even more for the farmers’ plight after performing on the project.
