Sanjay Dutt, who reportedly got diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this month, is all ready to head to the US to seek medical treatment. The actor has been receiving preliminary treatment at a hospital in Mumbai. According to a report in a news portal, the actor had applied for the visa as soon as he learnt of the diagnosis.
The actor had lots of the problem in getting the clearance from the visa department due to his alleged involvement in the 1993 Bombay blasts. The report further added that one of his close friends helped the actor secure a five-year visa on medical grounds. Now, he is expected to fly to New York with wife Maanayata and sister Priya, where he will pursue treatment at a popular cancer Centre.
