Noted filmmaker KR Sachindanandan passed away on Thursday at a medical facility in Kerala, where he was undergoing treatment for cardiac arrest. Celebrities expressed their condolences on social media in remembrance of the ace filmmaker. In an emotional note shared on Twitter, Bollywood actor John Abraham wrote “Shattered to lose such a talent. Rest In Peace, my friend. #RIP #Sachy”

On June 16, ace director, screenwriter, and producer Sachindanandan, popularly known as Sanchy, passed away due to cardiac arrest while he was recovering from his hip replacement surgery in Thrissur. The sudden death of a 48-year-old director has left the entire acting industry shocked.
KR Sachindanandan began his career with ‘Chocolate’ in 2017 and later on delivered several hits like ‘Sherlock Toms’, ‘Driving License’, and ‘Ramaleela’. His last film was action-thriller ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’, which was a huge box office success. According to reports, John Abraham had bought the rights to remake ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ in Hindi.
