After making a powerful debut with Tabrez Noorani’s ‘Love Sonia,’ there has been no looking back for Mrunal Thakur. The cast talks about being on her own and not having a Godfather in Bollywood.
Talking to a news portal, Mrunal reportedly said that the most important challenge she faced within the industry is to bag her debut film, which can showcase her skills as an actor. Compatible with the actress, it wasn’t simple to satisfy director Tabrez Noorani that she would be agreed to pull the role off. Though once ‘Love Sonia’ began doing the festival series, it helped her bag film auditions.
Elaborating further, Mrunal added that you’re on your own once you do not have a godfather, which is that the most daunting yet most empowering feeling. The actress added that she was scared, but it also made her pass her gut feeling more often. Mrunal visited say that she focused on good stories instead of screen space. Thus when a Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra or Nikkhil Advani gives something, she takes the plunge.
Meantime, Mrunal is shooting for the last scene of ‘Jersey’ where she is going to be seen sharing the screen with Shahid Kapoor. The film also stars Pankaj Kapur in a vital role.
