India lost a legend and a very fine actor on 30 April 2020. Rishi Kapoor was the epitome of romance in the Indian cinema and won many hearts with his phenomenal acting and killer looks. The actor will forever be remembered for his exceptional work and his contribution to Indian cinema.
The actor died last year due to cancer and the family and country mourned for the heavy loss. Rishi Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni often took it to her Instagram to remember the memos of her dear father in the form of throwback pictures.
On Rishi Kapoor’s first death anniversary, Riddhima wrote a heart-touching note with a picture of her as a toddler vs as a grown-up:
“If only I could hear you call me mushk once more… ‘Until we meet again we think about you always, we talk about you still, you have never been forgotten, and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk and guide us through our lives, until we meet again.- Dorothy Mae Cavendish. I love you always (sic).”
The picture depicts the unconditional father-daughter bond which makes us miss the legend even more.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor also shared an equally loving bond with his dad. He remembers how Rishi Kapoor used to be worried whether he would again get a chance to work in the movies and would get good offers or not.
This anxiousness shows how passionate Rishi Kapoor was for his acting.
