Shruti Modi, the previous business manager of actress Rhea Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput, has received the Enforcement Directorate office for a third-round for questioning.

The former manager was called in on Friday and on Monday for an in-depth investigation, alongside Rhea and her relations including brother Showik Chakraborty and father Indrajit Chakraborty. Early Tuesday morning, she was spotted arriving alone for investigations during a concealment case linked to SSR’s death on June 14.

On Monday, Shruti was reportedly grilled for around 8 hours for her alleged involvement in relation to the ongoing investigations.

Shruti was among the 5 other named within the FIR by KK Singh alleging ‘abetment to suicide’, aside from other serious charges.

In the latest report on Times Now, certain Whatsapp chats dated November 29, 2019, seem to state that Singh tried to reach out to his son via Rhea and Shruti. Singh’s message to Shruti alleges that expressed his desire to come to Mumbai and asked for his tickets to be booked.

“Ab tum bat nahi kar rahi ho to main Mumbai jana chahta hun. Fli ka ticket bhek do,” read a line within the message.
It must be noted, however, that the screenshots that are now public, don’t reveal if the message was acknowledged.

According to the channel, KK Singh said in his statement to the CBI that his son’s case should be investigated as a ‘murder’ and not as a case of ‘abetment to suicide’.
